Corporate Social Responsibility

HINKA believes that businesses should be the leaders in bringing fairness and eliminating discriminations.

We have dedicated ourselves to delivering fair and equitable employment practices and treatment of individuals regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or other characteristics.

Our Values

What we believe

We take a responsible approach to our activities and believe that we must be proactive in promoting equality in order to stop discriminating against any member of the community.

HINKA's Corporate Social Responsibility code's purpose is to ensure that our employees are not exposed to unfair treatments. This could be in relation to unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination or pay.

We are committed to operate HINKA Claw Machine and other related platforms in a responsible manner.

Our Values

Gender Equality

Gender equality aims to eliminate sexual discrimination in the workplace, which can occur when people are not given jobs or promotions because they are either male or female. It is an important topic as it has a profound effect on our society.

One of the main goals at HINKA is for people to have equal rights as it is vital to work towards a better future where both genders have equal opportunities in the workplace.

Gender equality is achieved at HINKA as our employees are able to access and enjoy equal rewards, resources and opportunities regardless of their gender.

Our Values

Ethnic Equality

Ethnic equality in the workplace is to break down barriers that keep people from entering into a position that is due to their ethnicity.

We promote diversity and inclusion in order to provide equal opportunity and access for all employees. A diverse workforce provides different perspectives, skills, and backgrounds which result in increased creativity and innovation within HINKA.

Our employees are all located in different countries as we allow remote work and this provides opportunities for HINKA to benefit from a multicultural team.

Our Values

People with disability

People with disabilities are welcomed at HINKA, this means that they are given jobs that they can do and are given help when they need it.

The guiding principle for this is that people with disabilities should not be limited by their disability, but instead use their strengths to overcome challenges.

Our Values

Against Age Discrimination

Age discrimination in the workplace has become increasingly common as people are living healthier lives and working longer.

Many employers are hesitant to hire senior applicants for fear that they will be unable to complete the job or will require frequent breaks, especially if they have children. As a result, many senior applicants are refused admission into the workforce.

This bias against hiring senior individuals is not only unfair, but it also inhibits the development of a pool of experienced workers who are used to working in the demanding and competitive environment of the workforce.
